Knowledge Base: Why does my Gotomeeting video fail to encode?

In the past we have been made aware that videos downloaded from Citrix's GoToMeeting or GoToWebinar can often fail when they come to be encoded on the vzaar platform. If the meeting is recorded in GoToMeeting format a codec is required for playback which is why the error is occurring.

We then suggest, having downloaded that, you ensure playback is as desired before you attempt to reupload the video to vzaar.
