Knowledge Base: How do I downgrade or upgrade my account?
The good news is that with vzaar you can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. There is no monthly tie in which leaves you free to pick the package that suits your business.
You can move up and down packages by logging in at your Accounts page. Logging in you'll see what package you are currently on and you'll see the option to pick a different package.
Switching Packages
Any change is instant and you'll have access to your new monthly bandwidth limit with immediate effect. You will be asked to confirm your payment method. Any previous payment method will be canceled when you have completed the upgrade or downgrade.
Downgrading to Free
Users can choose to move to our free package but be warned that this comes with a 1GB monthly bandwidth limit. Clicking on the Downgrade to Free option will instantly cancel any payment system you have in place whether you paid via credit cards or PayPal. You will remain on the current package for the remainder of your billing cycle, so your videos won't be impacted.
