It sounds to me like your internet connection is perhaps too slow for the video at present. The video is buffering - in other words, the computer is letting the video download some of the data before playing as the file size is larger than the quality of your internet connection.
For most users on a fast, clean connection, this buffering usually takes 1-2 seconds. I've played your videos here and they play with immediate effect.
